Our app features a photorealistic globe where you can witness real-time lightning activity happening all around the world. The globe not only showcases accurate day and night cycles, but also includes real-time cloud coverage, precipitation data, and a lightning history layer that covers the past hour.

For a more detailed view, you have the option to zoom in and explore specific areas on the map. By zooming in closely to your location, you can even utilize the start-stop feature to measure the distance between you and nearby storms.

And here's an exciting feature:

If you're craving more storminess when there are no storms nearby, feel free to experience the magic of "streaming" lightning into your living room using your camera flash from the opposite side of the world.

And as a bonus:

If you search through the app, you may discover a switch that allows you to experience real-time auroras. While they may not be as awe-inspiring as lightning, they still offer their own kind of wonder!
